Her career spans major industry leaders such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Roche Diagnostics, BASF, and Thomson Reuters, where she mastered enterprise solutions , operational excellence, and leadership coaching. She is known for her ability to partner with executives across research development, corporate, commercial and manufacturing sectors, including C-suite leaders, to implement business solutions that accelerate growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Shamika’s expertise extends to compensation planning, employee relations, HR law, and policy administration—all anchored in data-driven decision-making. With a passion for building empowered teams and fostering innovation, she continues to push the boundaries of workforce and organizational transformation.
Additionally, Shamika is on the Advisory Board of Share My Meals and GoGo Grocer and was a Founding Board Member of Women in Color of in Pharma (WOCIP). She has partnered with academic institutions, non-profits, faith based organizations and small businesses to develop their strategies.
